I’m happy to report that Open English won the “Emerging Venture Prize” at the first Americas Venture Capital Conference.
We competed with seven other firms from South Florida and eight from Latin America, including Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Brazil and Chile. These 15 “Top Global Innovative Ventures” were selected from over 70 applicants that met the selection criteria, including a minimum of $2 million in annual revenue, strong management teams and solid track records.
